Zenni Rewards is a loyalty program that provides qualifying members the best Zenni offers, period. It’s easy to use (no pesky points to track or redeem) and gives members access to exclusive, unlockable perks. Simply sign up and spend $66+, and you'll get free shipping from Zenni and other rewards.

Zenni Rewards is free to join at any time to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address. Once you are a member, your purchases will start to count towards unlocking exclusive perks.

The Zenni Rewards program is currently only open to U.S. residents.

Click to sign up to the loyalty program. If you have an existing Zenni account, you will be prompted to sign in. On that sign-in screen, there will be a checkbox you can select if you would like to become a Zenni Rewards member.

If you do not have an existing Zenni account, click to sign up above and create a new Zenni account. On that account creation screen, there will be a checkbox you can select if you would like to become a Zenni Rewards member.

Already have a Zenni account and signed in? Navigate to your Account and select Rewards from the main menu. Confirm that you would like to join the Zenni Rewards program by checking the box and submitting.

Unfortunately, no. Zenni Rewards is a new program that launched on 6/24/21. Purchases made before Zenni Rewards sign-up cannot be applied to your membership. As soon as you sign up, any purchases made after that point will be counted towards your reward program membership (limitations may apply).

Sign up to become a Zenni Rewards member and spend $66+ on product. There are three benefitted Zenni Rewards statuses (Fan, Friend, VIP). Once a benefitted status has been reached, you have 12 months of access to exclusive rewards and perks.

For Fan, Friend, and VIP members, in order to unlock your birthday reward, you must enter your birthday in the Rewards section of My Account.

Exclusive promotions, and early access to launches will all be communicated via email. Members are automatically opted in to receive Zenni Rewards-related marketing emails, but if you choose to unsubscribe, you will forfeit these perks.

Zenni Rewards expire 12 months after access is granted to a benefitted status. If a higher status is reached, the member will immediately be admitted to that membership status and retain that status for 12 months.

The amount of spend that occurs during a member’s 12-month reward period dictates which reward program status they will have the following 12-month period.

Fan, Friend, and VIP members will have Free Standard U.S. Shipping automatically applied as their delivery method on all orders. No need to add any code to your cart to get Zenni's free shipping. If you choose an expedited mode of shipment, please note that additional charges will apply.

Friend and VIP members will have FREE Frame Engraving automatically applied. No need to add any code to your cart. And no additional actions are necessary if you choose to not have any frame engraving on your order. Just ensure you do not fill out the engraving details during the checkout process.

Once you are a Zenni Rewards member, you may choose to opt-out of the program at any time. However, doing so will purge your spend history from the Zenni Rewards program and it will not be retrievable. Your Fan, Friend, or VIP status will also be considered forfeited at time of opt-out.

To opt-out, log-in and navigate to My Account > Rewards. Scroll to the bottom of your Zenni Rewards dashboard and select ‘Opt out of Zenni Rewards’. Complete the steps in the following prompts.

Rewards and benefits earned through Zenni Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and you have no property rights in any rewards or benefits.

Accounts, program rewards nor benefits may be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products and engaging with the brand may accumulate rewards and benefits.

By becoming a Zenni Rewards member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Reward Terms & Conditions, and the terms of our Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions.

Yes. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of Zenni Rewards at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards and benefits.

If the program is terminated, your benefits and rewards will automatically terminate. We will advise members of the effective date of termination of the program.
