Do my Zenni Rewards expire?

Zenni Rewards points expire 12 months after they’re first received. As you progress to higher tier levels, your membership status is retained for 12 months based on your spending during the current tier period.

Rest assured, we’ve preserved your past purchase history and tier status in the new rewards program. While points can’t be earned on past purchases, every future purchase contributes to your loyalty benefits immediately.
